Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 July 2026

The short version

We don't store your data. Your PCN photos are processed to draft your appeal and are never saved on our servers. There are no user accounts, no databases of your information, and nothing to sell or leak.

What happens to your photos

When you photograph your PCN, the image is sent securely (over HTTPS) to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) to read the notice and draft your appeal. The image is processed and a response is returned. We do not retain copies of your photos or the appeal letters generated. Per Anthropic's API data policy, API inputs are not used to train their models.

What we don't collect

We do not collect or store your name, address, vehicle registration, PCN details, location, or any account information. The app works without sign-up and keeps no history of your appeals.
